Diabetes is a chronic condition that affects how the body regulates blood sugar (glucose). There are three main types Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Gestational Diabetes.
-
Endocrine disorders occur when the glands that produce hormones become overactive, underactive, or produce imbalances that affect the body’s normal functions. Common types include: Thyroid, Adrenal, Pituitary, and Reproductive Hormone Disorders.
-
Thyroid imaging and testing help evaluate thyroid structure and detect abnormalities such as nodules, cysts, or enlargement.
Thyroid Ultrasound: A noninvasive test that uses sound waves to create images of the thyroid gland. It helps identify nodules, measure gland size, and guide further evaluation.
Thyroid Biopsy (Fine-Needle Aspiration): A minimally invasive procedure where a thin needle is used to collect a small sample of thyroid tissue or fluid, often guided by ultrasound. The sample is examined under a microscope to check for cancer, inflammation, or other conditions.

Weight management focuses on achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight through lifestyle changes, medical support, and, when necessary, clinical interventions.
Lifestyle Approaches: Balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, stress management, and healthy sleep patterns form the foundation of long-term success.
Medical Support: Your providers may recommend counseling, medications, or structured programs for individuals who need additional help with weight loss or maintenance.
Effective weight management reduces the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension while supporting overall well-being.

Hormone replacement therapy is used to restore hormone levels when the body does not produce enough on its own, helping relieve symptoms and support overall health.
Menopause Management: Estrogen and/or progesterone may be prescribed to ease hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, and bone loss.
Low Testosterone (Hypogonadism): Testosterone therapy can help improve energy, muscle mass, mood, and sexual health in men with clinically low levels.
Thyroid Hormone Replacement: Synthetic thyroid hormone may be prescribed to treat hypothyroidism, restoring normal metabolism and energy levels.
